Start Date: This position supports the General Education Pathway and is available to start for the spring semester; approximately January to February, 2026.
This is a part-time faculty pool position. This is an "applicant pool" posting. Assignments are temporary, not guaranteed, can vary in hours/days, and will depend entirely on course availability and department needs each semester. All work must be performed in the state of Wisconsin. We are seeking candidates with flexibility to teach assignments to include any combination of the following:
- Instructional Modality: In-person (primarily for this position), online, and/or hybrid
- Teaching Times: Daytime, evening, and/or weekend classes
Salary: The starting hourly wage for all part-time faculty is $40 per course hour of teaching. Part-time faculty are also compensated for an additional 45 minutes of time for each hour of instruction to cover office hours and prep time which is equivalent to $70 per hour. This starting hourly wage of $40 an hour is non-negotiable

3. Requirements Prior to Start Date (If Hired)
If an offer of employment is made and accepted, you will be required to provide the following documents before your first day:

Interview: As part of the interview process, selected candidates are required to prepare and present an interactive theory lesson and simulated teaching demonstration lasting 10 minutes of the overall interview time, which may be conducted in-person or virtually.
