* *Schedule: Mon-Thurs 9:00 AM-5:30 PM | Fri 8:30 AM-5:00 PM * *On-site | Full-time What You'll Do As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the voice of the company -delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. You'll handle inquiries via phone and email, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to our mission of creating customers for life. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding orders, product info, pricing, and technical support. * Process orders and complaints accurately using Oracle ERP. * Collaborate with departments like logistics, sales, and regulatory to resolve customer issues. * Maintain and update customer accounts. * Participate in daily KPI meetings and meet individual performance metrics. * Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues. * Prepare Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) when needed. * Support special projects and other tasks as assigned. What We're Looking For * 1+ year of customer service or technical support experience. * Experience handling irate customers with professionalism. * Typing speed of 30+ WPM. * Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Oracle preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
