We are looking for a Warehouse Associate

Primary Objective:

Pulling and unloading finished product. Must be able to handle fast paced requirements of Customer Orders. These requests come in at a rapid pace and must be able to take handwrite these orders while supplying. Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities and cycle counts and audit of the same to verify results. Demonstrates high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull filter orders accurately and assist customer's needs from the front will call desk
  • Manufacture custom filters using a table saw, measuring tape, and simple stapling assembly
  • Operating and maintaining equipment and materials for cut and cap process.
  • Assemble product and ensure finished goods meet AAF product standards
  • Load and deliver shipments on branch or customer trucks
  • Ensures proper rotation and maintenance of inventory
  • Prepare orders for outgoing shipments / deliveries via FedEx and regular freight carriers
  • Utilize pallet jacks to safely and efficiently move inventory around the warehouse and shipping facility
  • Receive incoming stock shipments / unloading of trucks/ stacking of inventory
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse-sweep, trash, clean bathrooms weekly
  • Assist with product returns, restock/re-inventory and disposal of product
  • Possess good communication and organization skills
  • Participates in physical inventory and cycle counts
  • Adhere to all safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Basic Math skills
  • Basic Computer Skills/phone applications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Forklift Experience
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Attention to detail in a business environment.
  • Team focused, good coordination skills
  • Must be able to constantly lift 15 pounds overhead.
  • Must be able to read, speak, write and understand written and verbal instructions in English to include completion of daily paperwork and forms along with basic math skills.
