We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. This role will lead the development of secure support experiences across Microsoft's support platforms. This opportunity will also define the vision and strategy for security-enhanced tools used by both customers and support engineers. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and support teams to ensure our solutions are secure, compliant, and reliable-protecting customer data while delivering exceptional support. ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will drive the security strategy and experience across the across the company leveraging key insights to drive foundational improvements to the support experience for our customers. Additionally you will be responsible for driving key improvements into the product to ensure we are a reference implementation of Dynamics. Own setting and executing product strategy for Microsoft Support experiences across multiple lines of businesses. Engage with stakeholders across the company from the engineering groups, businesses, and the support organization. Leverage cross-group collaboration skills and influence priorities using data- driven approaches. |
