JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing daily office activities, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • Four years construction office management experience.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provide support with job set up, change order management, billing and special projects within Spectrum.
  • Prepare or direct the preparation of payroll, accounts payable, reconciliations, and customer invoices.
  • Prepare and maintain various cost and statistical reports to support project construction activity. Monitor project budgets and provide management with progress reports and updates.
  • Prepares the deposit log daily and applies cash receipts in Spectrum.
  • Responsible for weekly timecard processing and upload into Spectrum.
  • Responsible for monthly union reporting and monthly sales and use tax reporting.
  • Participates and assists with internal and external audits.
  • Assist in month end closing responsibilities as instructed by the Controller.
  • Provide support for other departments on assigned projects to assist in their needs.
  • Provides clerical support with answering the phones, processing mail and ad hoc office responsibilities to ensure the needs of the office are taken care of.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
