The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: Evaluates, plans and implements Physical Therapy treatment in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Qualifications: Required: Must meet basic professional entry-level educational requirements from an accredited physical therapy program, Licensed to work in the state of NJ, BLS through the American Heart Association, Computer literate, Successful completion of all required orientation programs, Experience in acute care setting preferred, Scheduling Requirements: Per Diem Day Shift Essential Functions: Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needs Develops a treatment plan based on patients functional abilities Evaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patients Makes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required Works with the referring physician for individual needs Performs other duties as assigned RWJBarnabas Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer
