What You'll Be Doing
Assemble, solder, and configure electronic or mechanical devices for use in clinical trials and medical applications. Perform inspections and quality control checks to verify product functionality and compliance with standards. Use handheld test equipment (e.g., voltmeters) to confirm device integrity. Prepare and organize materials, tools, and workstations for production. Accurately record production data and complete documentation per SOPs. Utilize ERP systems to track inventory, document production steps, and close work orders. Participate in daily production team meetings to share metrics, updates, and feedback. Respond professionally to internal requests related to production and device preparation. Assist in onboarding and training new hires within the production team. Lead product-specific training sessions in collaboration with Product Management. Conduct briefings or floor meetings to communicate updates and set production priorities.
What We Look For
High school diploma or GED equivalent. 2-5 years of hands-on production or manufacturing experience, ideally in precision assembly. Proficiency in manual assembly, soldering, component installation, and electronic device testing. Skilled in operating standard electronic testing tools such as handheld voltmeters. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experienced with ERP systems in a production environment. Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to quality standards. Experience in ISO-compliant documentation procedures (ISO 9001/ISO 13485) and familiarity with quality assurance standards. Background in logistics, supply chain, or inventory control is a plus. Ability to train and mentor new employees effectively. Previous experience in medical device assembly or regulated manufacturing environments preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting while managing multiple priorities. Reliable, flexible, and able to work additional hours as needed. Fluent in English (written and verbal).
