What to Expect As a Manufacturing Supervisor on the Battery Cell Formation Team, you will oversee the critical aspects of managing priorities, equipment, and personnel associated with a high-volume production line. This role requires hands-on involvement on the production floor, leveraging expertise in fast-paced environments where process and equipment development are essential. A key focus will be on fostering employee growth through training and development for both new and experienced production staff, while ensuring adaptability to dynamic production challenges through strong troubleshooting skills.
