Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Lead the development and execution of brand design strategies across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints, ensuring consistency and innovation. * Design and prototype user-centric digital experiences using Figma, with a focus on enterprise tools, dashboards, and customer-facing platforms. * Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and developers to deliver intuitive, accessible, and scalable design systems. * Direct and oversee brand photography and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand tone and visual storytelling goals. * Manage and evolve the brand asset library and design systems to support global consistency and scalability. * Mentor junior designers and contribute to cross-functional training initiatives, including brand onboarding and design best practices. * Partner with compliance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure all creative outputs meet regulatory and accessibility standards. * Present design concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders, advocating for user needs and brand integrity. |
