JOB SUMMARY: The Nurse Manager of Behavioral Health is a Registered Nurse who functions as a patient care provider, supervisor, and clinical resource for staff. The Nurse Manager in collaboration with the Director of Behavioral Health to implement patient management and clinical activities. Coordinates clinical activities to ensure that the nursing process is operationalized utilizing standards of care and practice, as well as maintaining consistency with the Behavioral Health Department's regulatory standards.
