POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serve as primary point of contact to oversee outside service providers and ensure resolution of building issues including (but not limited to) maintenance, housekeeping, mail/package delivery, vending, recycling/paper shredding, fitness equipment and A/V technology. Collaborate with applicable functional areas to develop quarterly and annual business plan to include equipment, furniture, A/V and other facility needs Coordinate personnel moves with impacted departments and vendors/contractor, including obtaining construction drawings and scopes of work, and ordering and coordination of office furniture Plan and execute large-scale meetings and events with collaboration from appropriate departments Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of team member office, workstation and assigned parking locations and available space Communicate move dates, building services updates, and other pertinent information to applicable areas Visit project areas to inspect and approve applicable work based on defined scope of work Analyze available data and identify cost trends and savings opportunities to support management decision making Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures 10.
