Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale, complex web services and products. This individual will own the vision, strategy, and execution of internal and external-facing web applications, ensuring best-in-class usability, performance, and design through modern front-end technologies. The role requires strong collaboration with Product, Design, and Backend teams to create cohesive user experiences, while balancing business goals, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings expertise in front-end development, agile practices, and team building, along with experience in payments or high-volume transactional systems. This leader will guide multiple global teams, foster a culture of innovation and excellence, and help transform digital offerings by leveraging AI to enhance existing products and develop new solutions for the banking and fintech ecosystem. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 191,700.00 to 299,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
