Serve as a strategic business partner to the Forklift Company Stores leadership team to provide insightful findings and recommendations and help to drive the strategy, goals, and objectives of the company. Leadership teams include President Forklift, General Manager, Director of Product Support, Director of Sales & Director of Corporate Planning. This includes initiating and driving process improvements, leading projects, and proactively communicating to ensure we deliver on our financial commitments. Lead and manage the finance and accounting function for Komatsu Forklift Company Stores. This includes managing the day-to-day finance and accounting function including accounts receivable and accounts payable, month end close, budget and outlooks, and management support while also playing a key project management role in developing and maintaining sound policies & procedures and effective controls. Business Partner to the Forklift leadership team including the President Forklift NAto provide analysis, insights and recommendations and help to drive the strategy, goals, and objectives of the company. This includes initiating and driving process improvements, leading projects, and proactively communicating to ensure we deliver on our financial commitments. Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting including Balance Sheet, P&L, and cash flow. Ensure that accounting and financial reporting processes and systems meet company internal controls standards Komatsu Forklift Stores generates annual revenue of approximately $50M primarily from the the sale, rental and support of new and used Forklift equipment in the Atlanta, Chicago and Southern California company stores. This position is responsible for management of Komatsu (KAC) finance and controllership function and manages a staff of 5 people Drive and outline the needs of business stakeholders and define financials reports to support the business. Collaborate with other finance stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency. Key Job Responsibilities

Hiring Range At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $125,000 - $140,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
