Temporary Clinical Placement Coordinator

The primary purpose of this role is to support the School of Nursing in coordinating and managing clinical & preceptor sites in the Doctor of Nursing Practice ( DNP) programs. The clinical placement coordinator also identifies, recruits, & tours new clinical/practicum agency student placement sites for DNP students & assures that clinical & preceptor hours are met for students' needs.

The School of Nursing is dedicated to equipping individuals for the nursing profession, ensuring they possess the essential skills & knowledge for quality, safe, patient-centered care. Our comprehensive program offerings include traditional bachelor of science in nursing ( BSN) tracks, Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing ( ABSN), and RN to BSN pathways. We are proud to offer a new Doctor of Nursing program, further expanding our educational horizons. Students in all programs benefit from academic excellence fostered in small, flexible classes guided by supportive faculty.

1. Applicant must hold a master's degree in nursing or above.
2. Applicant must be eligible to hold RN unencumbered license in NC
3. A minimum of two year's of clinical experience as a registered nurse.
4. Current knowledge of nursing practice

3. Demonstrates teaching experience in an institution of higher education or equivalent.

6. Certified APRNs preferred
