TEK Systems Residential Alarm Tech Position Summary: We are looking for a dependable and skilled Residential Security Technician to join our Cleveland team. This role involves installing, servicing, and troubleshooting home security systems, including alarm panels, video doorbells, smart locks, and residential CCTV systems. Y Key Responsibilities: * Install and configure residential security systems, including alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and smart home devices. * Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting. * Educate homeowners on system use and features. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. * Ensure all work complies with local codes and company standards. * Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus. * 1-3 years of experience in residential security system installation or a related field. * Familiarity with systems such as Honeywell, DSC, Ring, or Alarm.com preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
