Top Skills - Must Haves * IBM * Windows 11 Top Skills' Details Asset Management Depot Technician This resource will perform imaging, Technology Asset logistics IMAC (Windows 11/10) and general technology hardware IMAC operations at the Hyattsville, MD Depot The ideal candidate will have a deskside support experience and have general ServiceNow experience Prior experience working in a technology or PC depot within a Asset Management function is also key This person will work in the depot that perform physical asset IMAC activities (PCs, printers, scanners etc) imaging and logistics documentation in ServiceNow Description Role Priority #2 Site status reporting: Daily client support metrics (how many tickets are open/which are priority) Solving and managing high priority tickets on a day to day basis General Deskside Support experience: oIncidents - Software break/fix oIMACs - Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. oRefresh oSupport peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers oExperience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office oExperience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus oExperience with ServiceNow- oTicketing System is ServiceNow Skills IBM, Windows 11 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
