Description
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for commercial credit process, commercial credit underwriting and portfolio management activities within a defined region. Directly manage a team of Underwriters and indirectly manage a team of Credit Analysts with the region. Develop Underwriters and Credit Analysts by reviewing and concurring on major commercial credits. Assist with written analysis/documentation on larger, complex credits as needed for use in making lending decisions. Assist the Senior Credit Officer or Chief Credit Officer in maintaining the overall effectiveness of commercial loan policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
