Description/Job Summary



Inteplast Group Corporation, located in Lolita, Texas (jobsite), is looking for a full-time Software Developer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 6 months related work experience or a 3 credit hours academic coursework related to Computer-Aided Simulation and a 3 credit hours academic coursework related to Fuzzy Theory. Job duties include using Python, C#, and VB.NET to develop and implement manufacturing execution system and warehouse management system including production-line controls, label generation modules, barcode scanning workflows, and warehouse tracking logic; using Python, C#, and VB.NET to design and implement integration logic between manufacturing execution system and warehouse management system including real-time data exchange for label generation, material usage, pallet tracking, shipment update, and inventory validation; troubleshooting hardware-software communication issues and performing root cause analysis through log tracing; using SQL to develop and implement stored procedures to ensure data integrity; optimizing complex SQL and MySQL queries to support high-performance, real-time data processing across distributed manufacturing systems; integrating commercial large language models into manufacturing execution system to automate data extraction and enhance system interaction; using C# and VB.NET to design and implement device-level communication protocols including RS232 and TCP/IP to ensure reliable real-time data exchanges between hardware and software; using Python and VB.NET to design and implement error-handling and failover logic to recover from communication failures, device unresponsiveness, and network outages; designing and implementing automated test routines and calibration scripts to validate control logic against various hardware inputs and ensure synchronized responses across production equipment; and developing and implementing network and cloud integration infrastructures including VPN, Cisco ASA firewall policies, and hybrid connectivity solutions to ensure secure communications between systems.



Responsibilities/Duties



. Use Python, C#, and VB.NET to develop and implement manufacturing execution system and warehouse management system including production-line controls, label generation modules, barcode scanning workflows, and warehouse tracking logic.


. Use Python, C#, and VB.NET to design and implement integration logic between manufacturing execution system and warehouse management system including real-time data exchange for label generation, material usage, pallet tracking, shipment update, and inventory validation.


. Troubleshoot hardware-software communication issues and perform root cause analysis through log tracing.


. Use SQL to develop and implement stored procedures to ensure data integrity.


. Optimize complex SQL and MySQL queries to support high-performance, real-time data processing across distributed manufacturing systems.


. Integrate commercial large language models into manufacturing execution system to automate data extraction and enhance system interaction.

Required Qualifications



. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.


. 6 month work experience in the job offered or a 3 credit hours academic coursework related to Computer-Aided Simulation and a 3 credit hours academic coursework related to Fuzzy Theory.
