Overview

The Digital Solutions Product Manager is responsible for defining and prioritizing digital product features and improvements that align with the Bank's mission to deliver secure, intuitive, and value-driven digital experiences for customers. The Product Manager is responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable digital products and services that provide customer value. Will lead and manage initiatives within our Digital Banking channels to drive innovation and customer engagement. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with technology, marketing, data, sales and external partners to deliver seamless, high impact digital experiences. This is a highly visible role requiring clear and effective communication and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for the Bank's digital products and services. Create and continuously maintain a strategy and product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products and services. Partner with bank operations to identify and prioritize features that enhance the user experience across digital banking platforms, including online banking, mobile apps, account opening, money movement, and more.
  • Manage third-party fintech partnerships and platform integrations to support digital capabilities.
  • Monitor the market, the competition, and maintain an awareness of industry trends regarding digital solutions for consumer and business products and services. Serve as the subject matter expert on digital consumer, business, and treasury products and services and be a resource for internal business partners.
  • Champion UX/UI excellence by applying design thinking methodologies and customer journey mapping to deliver intuitive and impactful digital interactions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, digital engagement, and platform reliability to evaluate success and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business intelligence data analytics (BIDA) team to apply predictive models and experimentation to help make data driven product decisions.
  • Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all management levels of the organization.
  • Ensure all data entered, maintained, or accessed complies with the Bank's data quality, security, and governance standards. Identify and report data quality issues, inconsistencies, or anomalies through established escalation channels.
  • Represents the Bank through active participation in community and industry organizations and events and promotes the business interests of the Bank. Refers sales opportunities to other departments or Bank affiliates in support of established objectives.
  • Performs other duties as may be required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or related certification a plus) is required
Work Experience
  • 7+ years of digital consumer, business, and treasury management product ownership experience, preferably in financial services or fintech
  • Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, mobile UX/UI, APIs, and customer journey mapping is
  • Experience working in a community bank is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of operating systems, Bank products and services, and federal and state regulations.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities to identify and prioritize critical issues and risks and recommend solutions.
  • Solid communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively with internal departments and vendors.
  • Self-starter with a solid ability to prioritize, own and drive projects, and quickly learn new concepts and frameworks.
