Duties include planning and executing a specific project plan, delivering quality products and services to the client in a timely manner, managing project financials, and serving as the primary contact between the SSR project team and the client. The Building Enclosure Project Manager II manages multiple projects including new construction commissioning as well as existing building investigations and consulting and is responsible for the results of assigned projects (Total Project Success). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
  
 Completes the project scope and requirements with the client and other stakeholders and communicates project scope and requirements to the project teamPrepares and implements a proactive Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plan for projectsPerforms condition surveys and failure investigations of existing buildings related to building enclosure air and moisture leakageDesigns repairs to correct the root cause of investigated enclosure issuesCoordinates and directs or performs enclosure testingOversees the profitability of the project by negotiating fees and contracts as may be appropriate, participating in the budgeting process, and ensuring that invoices are accurate and delivered in a timely mannerIdentifies, negotiates, and administers fees for additional servicesSchedules work, communicates schedule information to the project team, and monitors manpower requirementsFacilitates communication between the client and the project team; documents important issuesCoordinates activities of the project team and contractors during the design and construction phasesPerforms project job site visits to investigate field conditions, monitor progress, and ensure conformance to design specifications, owner expectations, and building codes during constructionCoordinates with other disciplines to determine equipment needs, implement operating procedures, and provide technical informationMonitors accounts receivables on projects and initiates corrective action as neededPrepares the final report that documents all BE activitiesSupervises the job close out process to ensure documentation, lessons learned, and filings are completeParticipates in planning and budgeting processes, which includes preparing monthly billing projections and budget metrics as required by managementAssists management in the training and mentoring of less experienced colleagues within the BE groupAssists management in the evaluation of less experienced colleagues within the BE group

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
  
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldTen years related project experienceProfessional Engineer or Registered Architect preferred
