Progyny is seeking a highly motivated Legal Product Operations Associate to provide support to our team on a broad range of legal and compliance matters related to legal support for product development and management. This will include partnering with both internal and external parties to ensure we meet all deliverables in a timely and accurate manner. We are looking for a collaborative team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do...

  • Develop policies and processes for legal and compliance projects primarily related to development and maintenance of Progyny's suite of women's health products

  • Drive initiatives and develop and manage projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal operations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments on product implementation and maintenance projects

  • Create project plans identify risks and mitigation plans when the project may not meet expected deadlines or requirements, ensure accountability.

  • Investigate and resolve problems that impede project success

  • Analyze operational performance of projects after execution to measure project success.

  • Compile and provide responses to legal reporting requests

  • Identify and implement new processes to streamline cross functional collaboration

  • Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure our controls and processes are followed and properly documented

About you...

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience, including in-house managed care experience

  • Experience with project planning and management, regulatory submissions, compliance and the licensing process is preferred

  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA and related regulations affecting health benefit plans is preferred

  • Highly organized and detailed oriented

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in the Reproduction Field or Women's Health Field is a plus

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $100,000 - $115,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
