Description
Hospice LPN | Full-Time 80hrs bi-weekly| Mileage Reimbursed | St Cloud MN territory and support our Twin Cities Branch (Northwest & West Metro) - Occasional On-Call Rotation. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care to residents/patients, including medications and treatment administration, documentation, and other therapeutic interventions under the direction of the Clinical Director. This unique opportunity will primarily support our St. Cloud territory, but also our Twin Cities branch - Northwest & West metro - Robbinsdale, New Hope, Brooklynn Center, Brooklynn Park, Maple Grove, Plymouth and Minnetonka.
