The Business Analyst gathers, cleans, and interprets data to develop practical solutions that improve processes and optimize results. They will prepare recurring reports, support reconciliations and financial analyses, and assist with transformational initiatives under the Senior Director of Strategic Transformations. This role is execution-focused, requiring attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to turn data into clear insights that support business growth and operational excellence. |
Essential Functions (ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES): |

- Execute data pulls, validations, and recurring reporting across Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments
- Build and maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards that enhance visibility and support business decision-making
- Translate raw data into clear analyses, visualizations, and presentations tailored for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Identify process inefficiencies and support optimization efforts by leveraging data insights and automation opportunities
- Create dashboards, visuals, algorithms, and business tools for use organization-wide
- Support Accounting team with data reporting and process automations
- Support month-end, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis by structuring data sets and reconciling discrepancies
- Prepare and validate data used in financial close, audits, and management reporting
- Partner directly with the Senior Director of Strategic Transformations to provide data, reporting, and analysis that enable enterprise initiatives
- Import and export financial, inventory, or other data sets into a primary database or by collaborating with internal software developers and senior database administrators to determine a best solution
- Offers insights into the business to improve revenue or expenses, such as analyzing marketing data, sales data, call center data, finance data, inventory data inside of ERP software, or other data sets
- Obtains, manipulates, and transforms large data files to transform data that assists in business solutions
- Documents, forecasts, and maps data to solve existing business issues and identify process enhancements
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: |
Experience
- One to five years of experience, consulting experience is a plus
- ERP and CRM experience
- Microsoft PowerBI experience
- PMO experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related analytical field
General Skills/Competencies/Specialized Knowledge
- Business process redesign
- Scope, develop and manage project plans
- Identify risks and issues, and manage resources and change management activities
- Develop and maintain project business cases
- Develop and communicate reporting and presentation materials for Key Stakeholders
- Provide periodic updates to management as to the progress of implementations
