Accountabilities & Responsibilities: * Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. * Proactively protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in the custody of or processed by the company. * Secures the Integer's network and data by understanding threat technologies and using tools to protect against known, emerging and zero-day threats. * Reviews and responds to security logs, alerts and reports for critical systems. * Supports risk and compliance activities with regulatory requirements and other statutory regulations (PCI, PII, Privacy Laws, S-Ox, HIPAA, etc.) * Leads the design, implementation and review of security metrics * Leads and is responsible for day-to-day operations and design of technical security including, but not limited to AV, IPS/IDS, Vulnerability Scanning & Management, Patch Management, Encryption, MDM, Content Filtering, email hygiene, DLP, Identity & Access Management/SSO and secure file sharing. * Leads the day-to-day information security awareness, training and educational programs. * Participates in preparation of necessary information security policies, standards and procedures. * Participates in IT security risk assessments and control design activities * Maintains relationships with strategic vendors with guidance from IT Management. * Investigates and resolves incidents and breaches regarding the network. * Tests, selects and implements commercially-available best-of-breed Security products and services. * Reviews technical information, requirements statements, feasibility analyses, conceptual designs and other security documents created during the systems development process. * Participates in security architecture design review and planning. * Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience: * Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent (6+ years) work experience.

* Minimum Experience: 4+ years of experience with IT Security; Experience in a publicly-held IT organization preferred

Knowledge & Skills: * Special Skills: o Understanding of relationships between threats, vulnerabilities, asset values and their effect on overall business risk. o Skilled in PowerShell and other scripting and query languages to extract requisite data from assets. o Strong demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Windows Enterprise environment. o Effective business consulting skills including the ability to establish rapport with the business. o Superior organizational and communication skills. o Highly proficient oral and written communication capabilities as well as executive presentation abilities. o Proficient with MS Office Tools o Experience with vendor relations o Project Management o Budget Management * Specialized Knowledge: o CISSP or similar security certification required - In addition, CISSP-ISSEP, CISA, CRISC, and ITIL ITSM Foundation is desirable. o Solid knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley compliance, corporate security and network policies and procedures. o Working knowledge security framework models such as ISO 27000 series, COBIT, etc. * Other: o Displays the highest standard of integrity (demonstrated by an unblemished career history, complete lack of criminal convictions etc.), and willing to undergo vetting and/or personality assessments to verify, if necessary. o Travel 0-15% of time depending on business needs.
