Application Deadline: 9/30/2025 The Opportunity DAT Outgo is looking for a Operations Analyst to join our Operations team in Seattle, WA. The Operations Analyst is responsible for executing and improving day-to-day transactional workflows across the factoring lifecycle and collections process. In addition to handling core operational functions such as invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and delinquency management, this role is empowered to design and build internal programs (such as quality assurance) and to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to influence and enhance backend tools used by operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, systems-minded individual who is comfortable bridging execution with strategy and helping shape scalable, tech-enabled operational processes.
