The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements of clients. This position works closely with stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, business leaders, developers, and administrators, to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities



  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical user stories.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including data models, integration patterns, and system diagrams.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to off shore development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with Salesforce implementations.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices.
  • Assists other Salesforce Dev team members in solutioning and ideating towards increased overall system efficiency.
  • Participate in Change Action Board activities and production deployments.
  • Conducts requirement analysis and QA functions.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies



  • Strong proficiency with Flows, APEX, LWC, and Custom Settings.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that involve internal and external customers.
  • Strong skills using Windows and Microsoft software products.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.


Industry and Work Experience



  • 7 years of related experience required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce Development.
  • Prior off-shore development work management experience preferred.
  • Prior banking and/or financial services industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with nCino or other loan origination system is preferred.
  • Experience with DocuSign is preferred.


Academic



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Accounting, Banking or related technology/financial degree required.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification is required.
