Duties, Responsibilities & Other KCI is seeking a Regional Practice Leader (RPL) for our Facilities Construction Management group - a leadership role combining technical expertise, strategic vision, and business management to drive the growth and success of multiple practices within the company. This role will have direct reports in the Mid-Atlantic and South Regions and support growing Facilities CM Services in the West and North. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategic Planning
Lead all Facilities Construction Management technical practices. Current portfolio includes Healthcare, Research, Higher Education, K-12, and Federal clients. Project delivery services include Owner's Representative, General Contracting, Design-Build, At-Risk, Multi-Prime, Third-Party Special Inspection, as well as Forensic and QC Inspection.
