Job Profile Summary: Manages a team of professional contributors to strategically advance the institution's immigration processes, international student support, and global education initiatives. Cultivates relationships with various stakeholders to advance the institution's global education efforts.
Job Description: As a key member of ASU’s Learning Enterprise (LE), the Sr. Global Partnership Manager will be the organization’s primary partnership lead for the Learning Enterprise’s Planetary Health Portfolio and aligned conservation, sustainability, water, and energy initiatives. The Sr. Global Partnership Manager, working in tandem with the College of Global Futures (CGF) and the Global Futures Laboratory (GFL), will drive end-to-end partnership execution; from identifying and qualifying prospects to negotiating, closing, and implementing impactful partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes and revenue streams. The role will sustain partnerships through long‑term, trust‑based collaborations that deliver measurable conservation and sustainability outcomes.
In your first three months you will establish the foundation for a high-functioning, revenue-generating partnership engine, in partnership with the Director of Global Conservation & Sustainability Learning Initiatives, that accelerates ASU’s conservation and sustainability ambitions. You will:
Execute Global Partnership Outreach: Actively pursue and establish high-value partnerships in priority geographic markets (North America, Sub-Saharan Africa, Central America, South America, Asia, and the Pacific), accelerating measurable impact in terms of revenue generation, learner engagement, and program scalability. Accelerate Program Integration & Partnership Building: Quickly identify and activate high-potential ASU offerings, directly addressing partner needs in conservation, water management, renewable energy, community-based conservation, and related fields, rapidly converting these into revenue-generating programs. Create partnerships, onboard partners rapidly, and meet or exceed KPIs tied directly to revenue and learner growth targets over the next 12-18 months. This role is based at ASU’s Tempe campus.
Position Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000 per year; DOE

Travel Requirement This position requires up to 40% domestic and international travel, aligned with partnership development goals, planetary health program implementation, and representation at high-profile events. Travel includes key conservation and sustainability regions such as North America, Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, South America, and the Pacific. Applicants must possess valid international travel documents.
