MSG specializes in delivering innovative solutions in program management, training and technicalassistance, research and evaluation, marketing and communications, and IT and digital services to a range of federal clients, including extensive experience in the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and Education. Chardon Street (San Juan, PR) Key Responsibilities: Plans and provide analytical support for facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, business management techniques, and organizational development. Providing recommendations, contributing and preparing briefings for business, management, technology, operational initiatives, policy formulation, professional or strategic goals. Provide front office support (reception, scheduling, and correspondence), assist with PSO program coordination and documentation, and deliver general operational support to ensure efficient daily workflows. Qualifications: High school diploma or technical training with at least 2 years of experience required; associate degree and 2-3 years of experience preferred. Prior experience working with the Federal government strongly desired; familiarity with DHS, DOJ, or similar agencies is a plus.
