 PROJECT MANAGER V 
     Oversees the efforts of engineering staff to design, develop, engineer and implement solutions to security requirements Responsible for the implementation and development of IT security servicesAnalyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirementsGathers and organizes technical information about an organization's mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs in the MLS arenaPerforms requirements gathering and analysis of those requirementsPerforms functional analysis to identify required tasks and their interrelationshipsPerforms functional allocation and identifies resources required for each taskPerforms risk analysis that also include risk assessmentPlans, coordinates, and oversees implementation of the organization's information security servicesProvides support for facilitating and identifying current security infrastructure and defines future programs, design and implementation of security related to IT systemsWorks with engineers on systems integrationShall assist government Program Managers who are managing specific programs at the Delivery Order or Technical Task order (TTO) levelAssists the Government Program Managers with the management, administrative and technical oversight of the specific program portfolioA working knowledge of several of the following areas is required; understanding of business security practices and procedures; knowledge of current security tools available; hardware/software security implementation; different communication protocols; encryption techniques/toolsFamiliarity with commercial Information Assurance productsResponsible for the day-to-day tactical duties for a moderate to highly complex technical programIncumbent is not responsible for P&L or business development, but is accountable to oversee results of multi-functional project teamsResponsible for the administrative/operational leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customerMonitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintainedProvides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are receivedMay conduct performance/project analyses during phase-down to benefit future/other projects/missions/programsQualifications
 
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 
     A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project and program managementPMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or the equivalent relevant work experience (5 years)A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing Infrastructure IT projects and programProven experience with managing using DevOps and Agile concepts (3 years)Exceptional technical aptitude and effective written and verbal communications skills PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 
     Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification strongly desired PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
