 in infrared target signatures to support critical projects within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of EO/IR sensor data and phenomenology with a proven ability to model, simulate, 
 and analyze infrared signatures of complexsystems. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic R&D environment where innovation and collaboration are highly valued. Required Qualifications: 
 U.S. CitizenBachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or PhysicsMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience in DoD or IC programsActive TS/SCI with willingness to complete a CI PolygraphExperience working with EO/IR sensor dataStrong knowledge of space-based EO/IR sensor phenomenologyProficiency in using high-fidelity IR signature modeling applicationsProven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced R&D environmentStrong communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersTeamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and departments, while also being self-sufficient when needed Desired Qualifications:
