| The Stellantis Purchasing organization is seeking a Supplier Diversity Program Manager. This role is an integral part of the Stellantis Purchasing organization and supports the implementation of strategic programs for the Diversity Supplier Development (DSD) department and the group's business stakeholders (internal and external).  Specific responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: 
  
 Execute the Diversity Supplier Development Strategic Business Plan among assigned Purchasing Organization Commodity Buying TeamsManage Tier 2 Program for specific commodity groups and suppliersDevelop relationships with Automotive Suppliers, and promote networking relationships between suppliers and commodity buying teams to support Stellantis Purchasing Organization GoalsWork with external supplier diversity partner councils and chambers to support programs, and create opportunities for suppliers to grow business and support Stellantis Purchasing GoalsManage the company's participation in supplier diversity conferences and trade shows to learn best practices and network with suppliers for consideration of Stellantis Tier N Supplier PartnershipsSupport the Commodity Buying Teams by working hand-in-hand to provide them monthly updates regarding Tier 1 & 2 supplier spend performance metrics, and leveraging data to provide strategic recommendations to target opportunities to support Purchasing Organization GoalsLead training initiatives across all stakeholders to educate stakeholders on supplier diversity requirements, programs, and systemsSupport the management, track and submit the DSD budget, update presentations, marketing, and training materials, and upkeep of Stellantis DSD Website to ensure all content is updated and available for all business stakeholdersPrepare and submit surveys and nominations from external organizations by working with other organizations or teams within StellantisSupport the planning and implementation of DSD matchmaking events and programs to identify qualified candidates and promote Stellantis DSD department within the communityDevelop relationships with other supplier diversity professionals to share best practices and ideasPerform other duties that support the success of Stellantis supplier diversity efforts as requested
Basic Qualifications:  
  
 Bachelors DegreeMinimum 7 years of professional experience within the automotive industry, or supplier diversityIntermediate Skill Level in Microsoft Office with excellent oral, written, and presentation skillsExcellent organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detailExcellent relationship building skills (internal customers as well as suppliers); strong public speaking skillsAbility to work independently with minimal direction, with a team-first attitudeProven ability to simultaneously manage several projects in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding customer service skills and ability to build a customer-focused culture in teammates
