| SUMMARY  Mortenson is currently seeking a Project Manager to lead projects with professionalism, flexibility, and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment. This role involves managing project quality, timeliness, and safety, mentoring the project team, and developing strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication skills. This position offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.  RESPONSIBILITIES 
 Manage overall financial health of projectsSupport and lead EPC contract negotiations, including technical exhibits and project schedulesLead vendor procurement and bid/award phase for major subs and suppliersDevelop and maintain project financial and equipment projectionsAllocate project estimate into financial system, determine cost codes, approve invoicesProvide financials and billings to accounting, create monthly owner billingsManage subcontracts and suppliers, oversee budget and selections of trade partnersHandle billings, contract management, and change ordersManage and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, approve timecards, provide feedback QUALIFICATIONS 
 Proven ability to assist with all responsibilities for complex projectsDetail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasksPossess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practicesPreference for candidates with experience in one or more of the following: commercial construction, renewable energy project development, EPC contracting, or emerging technologies.Microsoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate levelProven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skillsAbility to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies Current driver's license Project Manager I 
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience Minimum six years of related previous experienceThe base pay range for this role is $110,700 - $166,100 Project Manager II  
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Electrical or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience Minimum seven years of construction management or related experience with large projectsThe base pay range for this role is $128,300 - $192,500 (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
