Description

The starting salary for this position is $128,000 annually depending on experience and qualification.


Essential Duties:

  • Ensures the Solutions Development and Business Intelligence teams consistently focus on the highest-priority initiatives delivering maximum value to Credit Union members and team members.
  • Responsible for the development, management, and maintenance of the Credit Union's data strategy. Oversees the acquisition, management, and operation of data analytics systems and reporting tools.
  • Develops data and metric definitions through consensus and ensures analysis and reporting output is within specifications.
  • Assists in the development of Business Intelligence and Software Development strategy to ensure the Credit Union's capabilities grow and improve in a manner consistent with the size and complexity of the organization.
  • Provides effective leadership by conducting performance reviews, establishing personal and departmental goals, overseeing recruitment and disciplinary actions, and facilitating staff training. Holds staff meetings as necessary, and assigns, directs, and coordinates work responsibilities.
  • Provides timely and comprehensive guidance to staff on updates to policies, procedures, and programs through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Regularly collaborates with internal departments to gather diverse perspectives on customer needs and align them with project objectives.
  • Provides support with product development, and leverages data analytics to enhance department effectiveness.
  • Develops comprehensive reports, manuals, and other documentation detailing the status, operation, and maintenance of software and analytics systems.
  • Researches and assesses a range of software and data analytics solutions, focusing on usability, scalability, and the ability to integrate with existing systems.
  • Promotes and establishes strong, positive, and productive working relationships within the organization through commitment to the company's purpose, mission and core values.
