 Job Summary
 We are seeking a Sr DevOps Engineer to join our team and help design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure cloud-based infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with both development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments, high system availability, and a strong automation-first culture. You'll bring a passion for modern DevOps practices, Infrastructure-as-Code, and continuous improvement.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and support cloud infrastructure and application deploymentsMonitor and support production systems before, during, and after releases to ensure performance, availability, and reliabilityImplement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation to streamline infrastructure and application deliveryAdminister and maintain servers, containers, and cloud services, applying security patches and updates following best practicesMentor junior engineers on DevOps, cloud platforms, and system administration best practicesCreate and maintain documentation for infrastructure, automation processes, and disaster recovery proceduresDefine and enforce standards for cloud development, deployment, and operational supportBreak down complex tasks and provide accurate time and resource estimates aligned with Agile workflowsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and project planning to ensure smooth delivery of releasesSupport 24/7/365 monitoring and on-call escalation processes for production environmentsStay current on emerging cloud technologies, DevOps tools, and industry best practices Travel/Physical Demands

 What You Will Have
 
 6+ years of experience in Systems Administration/Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps rolesHands-on experience with major cloud providersExcellent knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and toolsProficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) toolsExperience with monitoring and logging toolsKnowledge of Agile methodology and DevOps culture principles (shift-left testing, continuous feedback, etc.)Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsA collaborative mindset - you thrive in cross-functional environments and bridge gaps between Dev and OpsA continuous improvement approach - you seek opportunities to automate, scale, and make systems more resilientProfessional maturity - you can deliver difficult messages with empathy and clarityOwnership and accountability - you take initiative and work independently while supporting team goals Nice to Haves
 
 Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldCloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)Practical experience with creating, refining and using AI-powered tools that help write and manage code, as well as building the infrastructure that provides these assistants with real-time, context-rich data The posted range for this position is$115,000 - $150,000which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
