Position Summary We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit At Waltham, a 12-bed, secure inpatient psychiatric unit. Key Responsibilities Providing nursing care to patients and families in our Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu. Providing education to patients and families. Facilitating group therapies. Overseeing behavioral tech and counselor staff. 16; nights, every other weekend with rotating holidays. Minimum Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in nursing Experience: 1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric RN experience preferred.
