Summary: Energy Transfer is searching for a self-motivated and self-efficient employee who will be responsible for procuring goods and equipment, which is vital to the Energy Transfer organization and its requirements. The Buyer solicits or sources material providers who can supply these goods, negotiates pricing and arranges for the purchase and delivery of the goods in accordance with Energy Transfer guidelines. This individual should have experience in Procurement related activities as well as respectable knowledge of pipeline, compressor station, meter station, processing plant and measurement materials. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with changing priorities and deadlines. Proficient organizational, oral and written communication skills are required. Able to interface efficiently with internal clients and suppliers. Must be able to work with minimal supervision Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
