Job Description:Rite-Hite is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager, based out of our office in Windsor, CT, to support our distribution network, including multiple locations across the region. This role partners closely with leaders overseeing technicians, sales, and administrative teams to deliver HR solutions that strengthen engagement, build capability, and drive business results. The HR Manager plays a key role as part of the regional leadership team-balancing day-to-day people support with long-term strategic initiatives that foster growth, collaboration, and operational excellence. The hiring range for this position in Windsor, CTis $109,940 - $164,967.50 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
