| The Business Development Analyst is responsible for analyzing natural gas, crude oil and natural gas economics in support of the commercial and trading group. This position will support the growth of the existing and future portfolio of production through providing responsive and quality service to existing clients and assisting in the pursuit of new clients. This position requires an energetic and analytical person, who has a commercial understanding and focus. Responsibilities  
 Support the review and assessment of the competitive landscape of midstream options for natural gas, crude oil and natural gas liquids from the wellhead through the midstream value chainDevelop detailed economic evaluation of the various proposals and contracts collected through the due diligence and project planning phaseOwn the project management from draft contracts through facility construction completion to ensure midstream facilities are completed ahead of drilling and completion programsWork closely with contract administration, scheduling, trading and operational accounting teams to insure consistent and correct processing of new productionDevelop and maintain a working knowledge of the North American natural gas, crude oil and NGL pipeline infrastructureManage and maintain various data for distribution to clients and for use in multiple market reportsManage third party resources, proposals, contracts, timelines, budgetsResearch utility tariffs, government incentives and environmental regulationsMaintain detailed and organized files, documents and database managementDocumenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings, tracking deliverablesCompiling and preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings, RFPs and approvalsRun financial models and help evaluate project economicsResearch competitors and conduct competitive analysisManage multiple projects simultaneously (in various stages of implementation); work independently to drive progress and manage implementation to achieve measurable resultsResponsible for the accuracy and quality of the due diligence data gathered while analyzing potential opportunities; use relative value and absolute valuation methodologies to evaluate the economics of a transaction along with the potential tradeoffs Position Requirements Formal Education & Certification  
 Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field  Knowledge & Experience  
 One or more years of relevant experience related to North America energy marketsAdvanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, including use and creation of pivot tablesExperience using Google Earth Pro and ARC GIS a plus Qualifications & Characteristics
