Reports to: Director of Analytics Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Governance Lead to join our Analytic Center of Excellence. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for establishing and maturing our data governance framework. Your work will ensure the standardization, quality, integrity, and security of our data assets, which are essential for our business operations, strategic decision-making, and compliance with regulations. This role requires both a strategic leadership approach and direct technical execution. It is perfect for a strategic thinker capable of hands-on execution who understands the unique challenges of the healthcare payer landscape. Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Salary Range: Minimum 50.55/hour - Maximum 88.47/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
