This dynamic team designs and delivers the physical experiences that connect players to the Xbox universe, from flagship consoles like Xbox Series X|S, to cutting-edge accessories, controllers, and cloud gaming infrastructure. We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead silicon system integration programs across hardware, software, and validation teams. You'll drive execution from pre-silicon planning through post-silicon validation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as silicon manufacturers, OEM to deliver high-impact product solutions.
ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of silicon integration programs across multiple SoC platforms. Align cross-functional teams on architecture, emulation, validation, and system goals. Manage internal and external partners' deliverables, dependencies, and technical forums. Represent the organization in forums with Silicon suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including architecture leads, execution managers, and validation owners. Identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage execution. | |
