The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for owning all aspects of WellSky solution life cycles from inception to delivery. The scope of this job includes executing the strategy and vision of various solutions within WellSky's solution portfolio. This position is with our Personal Care Solutions Management team. - Engage with industry, market and client stakeholders to understand dynamics and how to scope the solution roadmap and business development collateral to address market needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to create the Solution Roadmap across the domain of responsibility in support of organizational goals and strategies.
- Translate complex client requests and market feedback into a design and requirements across a functional domain with dependencies on other domains.
- Ensure alignment and accountability of the solution across Engineering, Professional Services and Client Experience cross-functional organizations to ensure maximum adoption and reference-ability.
- Set priorities for development efforts in a solution portfolio based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice of the client, timelines and client commitments.
- Work with Engineering, Professional Services, Client Experience, Support, Marketing and Sales to plan and execute the go to market plan.
- Develop, support and communicate strategic direction, vision and scope of capabilities for solution, market, or segment including 3rd party partnership opportunities.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 8-12 years relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the Personal Care market, with a deep understanding of industry trends, client needs, and regulatory considerations
- Demonstrated success leveraging AI to drive product innovation, enhance user experience, or optimize operational efficiency
- Strong background in interoperability and 3rd-party integrations, with a track record of building scalable, secure, and seamless connections across platforms and ecosystems

- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
