Sr Data Scientist

The Sr Data Scientist is responsible for developing and programming methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse "big data" sources to generate insights and solutions for client services and solution enhancement. The scope of this job includes identifying meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources, analyzing and interpreting the information, and effectively communicating findings to inform decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional team members to extract, analyze, and prioritize actionable, high impact insights across a variety of core business areas.
  • Design and analyze experiments to test new solution ideas and convert the results into actionable recommendations.
  • Determine the tracking and tools necessary to enable analytics of solutions and features by working closely with solutions and engineering partners.
  • Research, design, implement, and validate cutting edge algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Develop models and data-driven solutions that add material lift to performance metrics.
  • Act as a mentor and provide guidance on best practices to other teammates.
  • LeverageAItools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong Python skills
  • Experience working with Healthcare data

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
