Work with Operations, Estimating, Design Phase, and Leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES 
 Purchase items and services at the most favorable price consistent with quality, quantity, specification requirements, and other factorsCreate and maintain catalogs for each operating group or project that is supportedPropose purchase transactions that higher authority approve prior to final actionArrange returns for unacceptable products to suppliersQuoting/Supplier Selection (Cost and schedule competitive)

 2 years of procurement experience. Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and materials, purchasing processes, and proceduresNegotiating, organizing, planning, verbal, and communication skillsStrong customer service and analytical skillsActive listening skills and effective communication including openness to diverse input and feedbackBachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, construction management, or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experienceSoftware experienceCurrent driver's license A few benefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
