Overview

We are a newly established company comprising Managing General Agents (MGAs) operating across the United States and Europe. With a growing team of approximately 700 employees, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Chief Accounting Officer and Controller to build and lead our accounting function.

The Head of FP&A will lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis functions for our global MGA platform. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making, supporting executive leadership, and aligning financial performance with strategic goals.



Responsibilities

    Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across global business units.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support M&A and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide insights and analytics on performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive leadership and board.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
  • Support M&A evaluations and integration planning from a financial perspective.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Operations to ensure alignment.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in insurance fee businesses.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in global, multi-entity environments.

Required:

  • Ability to communicate complex topics effectively and concisely with both internal and external audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree a plus.


Preferred:

  • CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.

The expected salary range for this role is $165,300-$235,000/year.
