What You'll Do

As a Project Coordinator at our Jeffersonville, IN facility, you'll be the driving force behind the successful execution of custom projects from concept to completion. You'll work closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure every detail is aligned and every deadline is met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of the project lifecycle-from order entry to final delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and project management teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain and update project data in ERP systems, including sales orders, shipping schedules, and inventory reports.
  • Support project meetings, track timelines, and expedite critical project components.
  • Prepare cost proposals and assist in managing finished goods inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support, including backup to the Project Management team.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, ideally in consumer environments or manufacturing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results.
  • Bonus points for experience in wood/metal manufacturing or architectural/interior design knowledge.
