 The Opportunity Carlson Design Group is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Architectural Associate III-on the path to licensure, to join our Design Team and be a part of our expanding business. In this role, you'll work under the direction of senior architects, contributing your expertise to large, complex projects and advancing your professional development.  Your Key Responsibilities 
     Technical Design: Deliver technical design on specific aspects of complex projects, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions.Project Planning & Coordination: Provide planning, design, and coordination for large projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams.Concept Review: Review and approve conceptual designs, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.Architectural Consultation: Offer expertise in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects.Problem Solving: Address challenges in conventional and complex aspects of architecture, exercising sound judgment and seeking guidance on unusual issues.Professional Growth: Actively pursue licensure and professional development under the mentorship of senior staff.Qualifications
 
 To qualify for the role, you must have 
     Bachelor's degree in architecture Three to six years of relevant experience Progress toward architectural licensure Strong skills in technical design, project coordination, and communication Experience with large-scale projects preferredCore competencies include:
