POSITION SUMMARY: Clearway Health is looking for a new Staff Pharmacist to join our team! As our pharmacist, you will ensure impeccable operations by adhering to department policies, procedures, and guidelines. Your responsibilities include precise compounding and dispensing of prescribed pharmaceuticals, essential for enrollment and ongoing prescription adherence follow-up. Your diligence in checking each medication before dispensing ensures patient safety and treatment efficacy. Your expertise extends to comprehensive medication reconciliation integrated into electronic medical records during prescription verification. As the direct point of contact for clinical support to specialty clinics, your professionalism and enthusiasm contribute to top-quality patient care.
