*Overview:*
The Workflow Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy across business processes. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform. *Key Responsibilities:* * Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and other automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Nintex). * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives. * Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for automation and optimization. * Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and data sources, including Dataverse. * Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows to ensure optimal performance. * Document workflows, configurations, and changes for transparency and compliance. * Train team members on automation tools and provide ongoing support. * Stay current with automation trends and recommend improvements. *Top Skills & Experience:* * 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power Apps. * Proven track record of building automated solutions and workflows within Power Platform. * Strong understanding of: * *Power Automate*: flows, triggers, connectors, expressions. * *Power Apps*: canvas design, galleries, screens, cards. * Experience using *Dataverse* as a data source and storage solution. * Familiarity with performance optimization techniques in Power Apps. * Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and proactively suggest robust, reusable solutions. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Experience working with multiple teams and managing interdependent, complex processes. * Knowledge of other automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Nintex) is a plus. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
