Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Vice President of Revenue Strategy to lead revenue performance across a defined regional portfolio of branded and independent hotels. This role partners closely with Regional Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Finance leaders to ensure total commercial alignment and optimal portfolio results. This role is remote but preference may be given to candidates in the Midwest region. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The VP serves as a strategic thought partner to hotel ownership and Crescent leadership-driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share while developing and mentoring a high-performing team of Area Directors of Revenue Strategy. This role is ideal for a collaborative, analytical, and forward-thinking revenue leader with a passion for building teams, influencing across functions, and communicating effectively with ownership and executive stakeholders.
